If you are feeling confused right now, distracting yourself from all the conflicting emotions you're working through would be a wise idea. Go off and have a good time doing something silly -- go see a goofy movie or do some shopping. When you move these emotions out of your head for a few hours, you can return to them later with a clearer head. You can see them more logically, in a more analytical way. And then the right choice will be almost immediately apparent.
